DELIVERY CHARGES

Our standard charges are as follows:

Customer collection, or Orders over £300 are Free of Charge

Orders under £300 are £12.50 per consignment

The above applies unless the postcode is in the table below as additional supplements are charged, or falls into the chargeable pallet category of products then the sliding scale comes into play, see below.

Please note: As a rule, we do not do direct ships to the places listed in ZoneDD or any other country, unless a customers own address.

If there are delivery restrictions it is your responsibility to inform us of these when placing the order so we can ensure a suitable vehicle delivers the goods.

BOX DELIVERIES

For the majority of goods in parcels up to 20kg.

Our box delivery service as standard is a next day service, though not guaranteed.

If you require any premium services the supplement charges are as follows, and in addition to the above standard charges:

Before 10am Supplement (Monday-Friday) - £41 per consignment

Before 12 Noon Supplement (Monday-Friday) - £20 per consignment

Saturday Supplement - £40 per consignment

The courier will attempt to deliver a consignment twice, if unsuccessful the consignment will be returned and a redelivery fee will be charged before the goods are re-dispatched.

Other charges:

ZoneDA (Isle of Wight) - £16 per consignment, and in addition to the standard charges

ZoneDB (Highlands) - 48hrs+ service only - £27 per consignment, and in addition to the standard charges

ZoneDC (Grampians) - 48hrs+ service only - £16 per consignment, and in addition to the standard charges

ZoneDD (NI, Scottish Offshore, IOM, Channel and Scilly Isles) - POA - (Customers only - No Direct Deliveries)

The above applies unless it falls into the chargeable pallet category of products then the sliding scale comes into play, see below.
