Prolight Concepts (UK) Ltd recently welcomed Wolfmix users to its Colne headquarters for a dedicated day of training, hands-on learning and product demonstrations led by Simon Bennett, Wolfmix Specialist.
The day was split into two focused sessions, with the morning centred around the Wolfmix W1 and its core functionality. Attendees were able to get hands-on with the console, explore practical programming techniques and gain a deeper understanding of how to get the best from the system in real-world applications.
The afternoon session moved into more advanced W1 programming alongside an introduction to the new Wolfmix Wing, giving users the opportunity to see how the expanded control surface can enhance and extend the Wolfmix workflow.
Alongside those attending in person from across the UK, both sessions were also streamed online, allowing Wolfmix users from further afield to join the training and take part remotely.
It was not all work either. Guests were treated to a barbecue in the sunshine, with plenty of refreshments available throughout the day, giving everyone the chance to relax, chat and exchange ideas between sessions.
Simon Bennett, Wolfmix Specialist, commented:
“Training days like this are a great opportunity to go beyond the basics and show users what Wolfmix can really do. Being able to work directly with people, answer their questions and demonstrate both the W1 and the new Wing in a practical environment makes a huge difference. It was fantastic to see such strong engagement from everyone who joined us, both in person and online.”
The event also gave attendees the chance to ask questions directly, compare workflows and explore more advanced programming ideas with guidance from someone closely involved with the Wolfmix platform.
The following morning, Prolight staff also took part in a condensed version of the same training, giving the internal team a focused overview of the W1, advanced programming techniques and the new Wing. The session helped ensure staff across the business were better equipped to support customers with practical product knowledge and first-hand experience.
Feedback from both days was extremely positive, with attendees highlighting the value of receiving focused product training alongside practical, hands-on experience.
Prolight Concepts plans to continue developing its programme of training and demonstration events, giving customers and staff more opportunities to build product knowledge, develop new skills and get closer to the brands and specialists behind the equipment they use.
